The ISIE will be presenting two awards for exemplary contributions to industrial ecology at the ISIE conference in Ulsan, South Korea in June 2013. The first is the Society Prize for outstanding research in industrial ecology. There are no specific requirements for this award, which could be centred on a single particular accomplishment or those of a career, but it is intended to be the ISIE's highest recognition of professional achievement. The second award is the Laudise Prize for outstanding achievements in industrial ecology by a researcher under the age of 36, funded by AT&T in memory of Robert Laudise. Nominations are sought for these two awards.
